rePipe-PM Construction has lead the way in pipe bursting service since 1990 and has successfully installed over 750,000 l.f. using this method. rePipe-PM Construction was awarded a high-volume pipe bursting contract for Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) in Jacksonville, Florida. This project has become a hallmark for large-scale sewer rehabilitation in a large urban area.

rePipe-PM Construction is experienced in the installation of sliplining, which is considered one of the pioneering processes used in trenchless rehabilitation of pipelines. To date, rePipe-PM has successfully installed more than 1.5 million feet of sliplining.

rePipe-PM Construction's founder, Phillip B. McAfee, was awarded the 2005 Most Valuable Professional by the Gulf Coast Trenchless Association.
The company has successfully completed projects in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, as well as the Pacific Rim and Middle East, participating in US Foreign Aid projects.
