Loc Rib Locİ is a unique process of manufacturing pipes by spirally winding an extruded plastic strip to make continuous watertight pipes. The plastic profile strip is designed to be wound into pipe through either an interlocking edge or profile welding and provides a new, structurally integral, watertight solution to pipe deficiencies. Rib Locİ consists of three installation methods (Expanda, Rib Steel, or Rotaloc), each with its own individual advantages and capabilities, depending on the pipe diameter and site conditions. Rib Locİ equipment allows for the rehabilitation of lines with restricted or difficult access and in many cases may be installed within live sewers. |
